IBEROSTAR Founty Beach

Unproffesional end disappointing.

"The hotel, Iberostar Founty Beach in Agadir, was solely adjusted to accomodate "All-Inclusive" guest arriving via travel agencies. We were two independant guests who had booked our stay directly - because we had good experiences with Iberstar hotels in Spain - and we were very disappointed.There were no restaurant to eat - except breakfast - for us who had stay with breakfast. THere was almost impossible to order any other wine or drinks than the ones "Includet" for the all-inclusive guests! The staff did obviously not know how to find it, nor how to register such sales!When we were leaving after checking out, we asked reception to help us get a taxi - we had very much luggage (as we had been trecking the Atlas mountains and visisted other cities before arriving in Agadir), and we were asked to go out and find a taxi ourselves!! And no-one wished us welcome back - we honestly don't think they want indepandant booked guests at this hotel.This is definately not good service - not service at all, we feel."

A nice, quiet holiday enriched very good food in beautiful surroundings.

"Hotel is clean, cozy and quiet. Staff friendly and obliging, but different nationalities should be treated equally.Each one pays for the stay and would like to be treated like any other guest. A little too little umbrellas on the beach, but beyond that everything cool."
