REGIONAL FOOD

TRAMPO:
Fresh summer salad with tomatoes, green peppers and onion.
TUMBET:
Meat prepared with fried aubergines, courgettes, potatoes and peppers, served with a delicious tomato sauce.

Herb-based spirit, typical of the island. It may be dry, sweet or mixed.
