| PRIVACY POLICY |
Pursuant to the stipulations in article 22.2 of Law Decree 34/2002, dated 11 of July, on Information Society and e-Commerce Services, users are hereby informed that PORTAL INTERACTIV, S.L. uses cookies. A cookie is a text string saved by a user’s web browser to his/her hard disk. We use “session cookies” to identify users and preserve their identification status. Session cookies are automatically erased from the hard disk when the session is over. We also use cookies to gather anonymous and shared statistics intended to analyse the way users visit our site so as to improve it. We only gather and keep the following information about site visitors:
a) The PSI and/or the IP address allowing them to access the site. Thus, for instance, the user of a given browser will be identified by means of an xxx.es domain and/or by means of the IP address only. This way, we can elaborate statistics about the countries and servers visiting our site on a more frequent basis.
b) The date and time of web visitor access. This allows us to find out the peak hours and to make the corresponding adjustments in order to avoid overload during peak times.
c) The internet address containing the link redirecting users to our web. Thanks to this piece of data we can determine the efficiency of the different banners and links redirecting to our server and enhance those proving more efficient.
d) The number of daily visitors in each section. This keeps us up with information about the more successful areas and allows us to enhance and improve their contents so that users may obtain more satisfactory results.
This will provide us with the following information:
a) Date and time of the last visit of each user.
b) The design of the contents chosen by users when visiting our site.
c) Safety elements involved in restricted area access control.
Whereas the information obtained is initially completely anonymous, pursuant to Report 327/2003 of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, users are hereby informed that the aforementioned data will be included in a file owned by PORTAL INTERACTIV, S.L. for the purposes listed before, and that they have the right to exert their access, rectification, cancelation and opposition rights as specified below.
We also use the Google Adwords remarketing tool. This tool makes it possible to publish ads based on previous visits by our website users in the Google content network (for further details about the Google content network visit: http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=es&answer=6104). Thus, some of the pages in our web include a “remarketing label” code. These labels make it possible to read and configure the cookies in user browsers in order to determine the specific advertisements users will be shown according to the elements concerning their visit to our site, such as, for instance, the browsing circuit chosen, the specific pages visited or the actions carried out in those pages. The remarketing lists generated will be saved to a Google server data base, where the different cookie ID’s associated to each list or interest category are kept. As to Iberostar, this information will only be associated to a specific user should such user be identified in the website, for instance, if s/he has completed a booking process. In such cases, the data obtained will be transferred to IBEROSTAR HOTELES Y APARTAMENTOS S.L. for commercial prospecting purposes and for the segmentation of website users in order to design marketing campaigns according to the interests revealed during the visit, and the data will be entered in a file belonging to the aforementioned entity in order to attain the aforementioned purposes. In order to oppose the aforementioned data treatment and transfer, users may disable the cookies as stated next:
Users may choose the option of not receiving cookies or of being informed about their fixation by configuring their browser accordingly. Yet, if the cookies are disabled, users might not be able to use all the web functionalities.
As for remarketing cookies, users may disable Google cookies by visiting the Google ads remover site.

FILES FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES
Should users express their desire to be sent information on Grupo Iberostar promotions while making a booking, the personal data necessary for communication purposes will be transferred to IBEROSTAR HOTELES Y APARTAMENTOS S.L. and they will be used to keep users up with information concerning new offers, products and services regarding the companies of Grupo Iberostar, either via e-mail or by any other means. Users are hereby informed that if they give their consent their personal data will be included in a file managed by IBEROSTAR HOTELES Y APARTAMENTOS S.L.; users may exert their access, cancelation, rectification and opposition right at any time as specified below.
