Here, at the Restaurante Gregorio at our beach hotel in Cayo Guillermo you can taste the finest Mexican dishes à la carte. Formal dress is required at this restaurant. Open from 6.30 pm to 10 pm.

So you can continue to enjoy the sun, water and sea breeze and eat anytime between 4.00 am and 6.00 pm.
